These bars come together in about 10 minutes, and are loaded with good fats, fiber-rich seeds and local honey (no gluten or refined sugar!).  Feel free to add extra ground flax or hemp seeds, or a big handful of pumpkin seeds for even more high quality protein and fiber.  I always tell my clients that it's not about eliminating every last sweet treat in the book—it's about making sure they are lovingly made with real, wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients so they serve you and your goals (not just the ol' sweet tooth!).
