Charlotte and Jenn discuss how, from a young age, Jenn was drawn to helping people. Meeting them "where they are," Jenn uses a combination of traditional talk therapy and a variety of mind/body techniques in working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues. Charlotte and Jenn explore some of the techniques Jenn uses, such as EFT Tapping, Brainspotting and Energy Medicine. Once helpful techniques are learned, clients can develop agency, using many of these skills outside their sessions, to maintain or restore balance. Jenn's unique blend of science, research and 'woo-woo' helps clients move from a place of distress, discomfort and dis-regulation to a place of health, wellness and joy.
