My practice is a solution-focused blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eastern Philosophy that builds upon people’s strengths, to help them become active agents for their own health and well-being. I utilize principles from qi gong, tai chi, yoga, and somatic methods such as Emotional Freedom Techniques and Brainspotting to move beyond traditional talk therapy and produce a unique recipe for health, wellness and joy. Attaining this agency allows my clients to carry the benefits or our work together into their daily lives, to bring about meaningful and enduring change.
