Formal meditation practice is essential in steadying the mind, regulating emotions and improving health and sleep. Meditation is practiced by bringing a quality of attention to this moment, by focusing on the breath and the body. In this session, you will learn a body scan meditation that will awaken your ability to rest in the sensations of the body, regardless of conditions.
This 30-minute guided meditation, led by Christine O’Shaughnessy, will include approximately a 5-minute introduction, 20 minutes of guided meditation practice, and then conclude with a short question-and-answer period.
