Tai Chi is a complete system of exercise in which the practitioner’s breathing, mental focus, and movement work together to create power. This cultivation of whole body coordination and mind-body connection trains the body to move more efficiently and reduces physical stress on the joints and tissues of the body. Incorporating the principles of Tai Chi into your daily life is where the magic happens. Suzanne is currently teaching Yang style short form (24) and The 5 Moving Forces.
Suzanne has trained in various styles of Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, and weapons.
